Salma Bekkouche is a blogger on “Salma Share” and social media platforms. She graduated in Information Technology Engineering, from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Informatique (ESI). Salma started her career as a Data Management Engineer and then a Dispatcher at Schlumberger.

Passionate about communication and working with people, she reoriented her career to Human Resources and is currently a Recruiting Assistant at RedMed Group.

In 2018, Salma participated in the TechWomen Program, hosted at Twitter working on the “Why #LoveWhereYouWork?” campaign.
In 2019, she was selected by Legacy International as a flight chaperone to accompany Algerian emerging girls to Washington.DC to participate in the TechGirls Program and she was selected as a delegate to represent TechWomen in Microsoft Ignite Conference in Florida.

Salma loves to volunteer, read and travel.
